Molly Troupe is an award-winning distiller, blender, and spirits consultant whose work sits at the intersection of technical production and sensory creativity.
With more than a decade of experience in spirits, an MSc in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, and a perspective informed by both distillation and perfumery, Molly approaches product development from the liquid outward.
